Services & pricing
Every fee we charge, and every fee the state charges through us, on one page. If a number here surprises you at the counter, we have failed at writing this page.
Two kinds of fee
State fees — DROS, the ammunition eligibility check — are set by California and passed through at cost. Shop fees are ours. Both are collected at the counter, not on the website, and neither is refundable once the paperwork is submitted.

Transfers, both directions
The two most common reasons people call us
You bought it somewhere else
Order from any online seller and give them our FFL as the destination. When their tracking shows the package delivered to us, come in with your ID and FSC and we run the background check and DROS — same process as if you had bought it here. We will call you when it lands.
You live outside California
Buy from us and we ship the firearm to a licensed dealer near you, who completes the transfer under your state’s rules. Pick them at checkout — we verify the licence against the ATF listing before anything leaves the building, and tracking goes to you and to them.
FSC testing
$26 · Walk in any day 11am–7pm
Just show up
No appointment, no booking. Bring your ID. Most people are in and out inside half an hour.
30 questions
Multiple choice, drawn from the state’s handbook. You need 23 right. We give you the handbook first.
Two attempts
Both included in the $26. Fail the first and you come back after 24 hours — no new fee.
Valid five years
$1 for the laminate. Keep it — you need it for every firearm purchase until it expires.

For first-time owners: safe handling, storage and transport under California law, and what the FSC actually tests you on. Useful whether or not you have bought anything yet.
Shooting techniques
Grip, stance, sight picture and dry-fire practice for people who already own the firearm and want to run it properly. Range time arranged separately.

One firearm or a whole collection
Tell us what you have
Send us the make, model, calibre and condition with a few photos, and we come back to you with an offer. Inherited collections, something you no longer shoot, a safe you need cleared — all of it is worth asking about. There is no obligation to accept what we offer.
How the handover works
Nothing changes hands online. Once you accept an offer you bring the firearm to the counter in Corona with your ID, and we record the acquisition the same way we record every other one. You must be the lawful owner and eligible to transfer it.
