Soviet Mosin-Nagant M91/30 rifle chambered in 7.62×54R, built on an early hexagonal receiver manufactured at the Tula Arsenal in 1935 — pre-war, early production. This is an arsenal-refurbished, all-matching example in excellent condition, with a mirror bore.
The M91/30 was the standard Soviet infantry rifle, and its earliest examples were built on hexagonal receivers before production shifted to the round receiver later in the decade — making an early 1935-dated hex-receiver Tula rifle a desirable variant among Mosin-Nagant collectors. As with most surviving Mosins, this rifle was arsenal-refurbished and returned to matching-numbered configuration. With a bright mirror bore, an early Tula hex receiver, and excellent overall condition, it is an attractive pre-war Mosin-Nagant for both the collector and the shooter.
